Change is Inevitable, Growth is Optional
Change is an inevitable part of life, but we have the
choice to grow or stay put. Change can also be something we feel
ambivalent about and that isn’t necessarily a negative thing. It can
evoke joy, anxiety, a sense of loss and a million other things all
wrapped up in one decision.
We look at the beauty of living life facing change in a way that has the
ability to make us better people and live a richer quality of life.
