Codependent people carry thoughts and beliefs that are not healthy. These thoughts keep us stuck and repeating patterns of behavior that don’t work. For instance, thinking that if you can figure out how to get a narcissist to hear you, eventually they will. Narcissists are wired to NOT hear you and so believing that you have control over how they receive you is false.
