Guys, Emotions & The Reality Of The High Suicide Rate Among Males
My guest, Matt Kynaston, is a philanthropist, mental health activist and all around amazing guy who I am honored to call a friend. In the UK, suicide is the number one killer of men and it ranks in the top tier of causes of deaths for men in the United States.
Matt has dedicated his life to raising awareness speaking in schools, conferences and running support groups on the relevance of mental health among men and boys throughout the UK. We look at what it means to be a healthy male and the different ingredients our boys need to view mental wellness and their emotions as a priority.
Support is out there and when we or someone we love is struggling, support and encouragement are critical.
