H.O.L.D.F.A.S.T. Radio, a New Podcast About Life With Bipolar

Join Kristin and Georgia as they speak with Amanda Grieme, our own new podcaster here on the network who has recently joined us with, “H.O.L.D.F.A.S.T. Radio.” Amanda discusses a bit about her life with bipolar disorder, and how she has transitioned her ‘disorder’ into a creative and passionate outlet: writing and podcasting. As the author of ‘H.O.L.D.F.A.S.T. Ride out Parenting with Bipolar Disorder’ and ‘Paging Dr. Freedman,’ she shares her journey through life learning to make her bipolar disorder an asset rather than a hindrance. Amanda also explains exactly what H.O.L.D.F.A.S.T. stands for.

Amanda Grieme, diagnosed at the age of twenty with Rapid-Cycling Bipolar Disorder with schizoaffective episodic delusions, it was not until Grieme’s mental tumble from the living one February, a decade later… that she was not-so-gently shown her path to be a Mental Health Awareness Advocate. Today, she lives to share how she stayed afloat in this ever-cycling existence and to help others understand they can, too.
