Mental Health News Radio is proud to announce that they will once again cover the NATCON18 Conference for The National Council for Behavioral Health. This year the prestigious event is to take place at the Gaylord National Resort and Convention Center. Over 5,000 like-minded leaders in the behavioral health field will attend this event to learn how to stay on the cusp of the changes and advances that are being made in mental health advocacy and education. Mental Health News Radio Network will interview speakers and vendors at the event to ensure their listeners are also keeping up with the trends in the field. Mental Health News Radio Network believes education is key to reducing mental health stigma so covering this event feels like part of their mission. This year’s conference will focus on new research in behavioral health, addiction treatment, and whole-person care. Strategically, Hill Day will coincide with the conference. This will give attendees and participants the opportunity to participate in advocacy for behavioral health on Capital Hill.
