What are Table Talks? Discussions we all need to be comfortable having to further Mental Health and Addiction Recovery conversations. Our goal is to help them become an accepted and healthy part of every culture. Our participants are mental health experts brought to you by Mental Health News Radio Network, including some of our podcast guests and podcasters.

Round Table and Table Talk discussions have been around for decades. There are thousands of these filmed discussions all over YouTube and many other streaming platforms. We support those discussions and the ability to have candid conversations about mental health. Each person sharing their story is the owner of their voice and we strive to help those voices be heard in a safe environment with film partners who understand the complexities, empathy, and nuance required to produce, direct, and edit footage that includes topics such as Autism, Suicide, Sexual Abuse, PTSD, Trauma, Digital Media Addiction, At Risk Youth, Psychological Abuse, Depression, #metoo and more.

The series are episodic (Think Red Table Talk/docuseries/anthology style) which can include table discussions, behind the scenes, and day in the life footage of our incredible participants and sponsoring partners who fund these efforts with their time, finances, and advocacy.  All footage is distributed by Mental Health News Radio Network and contributing media sponsors.

All footage is carefully edited with a team of mental health professionals.
