Claiming our Creative Identity with Donna Joyce

We are all born creatives. We then receive messages that undermine our innate creativity and squash the curiosity and courage that is needed to exercise the creative muscle. It’s time to reclaim, release shame, and step into the light. It can be terrifying to step into our true selves after a lifetime of being undermined and receiving messages that undervalue the thing we want most. Donna Joyce is a WRITER – she can say that today. Getting to this place has been a journey of courage, compassion, discovery, and healing. Join us on Saturday morning LIVE at 10 am here on The If You Could See Me Project page!

#IfYouCouldSeeMe began with a bout of synesthesia in the shower when as I washed my hair I envisioned the hashtag. In that moment I knew that this was my mission: to help foster creativity, facilitate self-compassion, remind people of their innate goodness, and provide a nurturing space for them to find the truth of themselves within the depths of their life’s most challenging moments…and then speak them out loud for all to hear.

Understanding Complex PTSD with Pamela Lynn Hock

Join us for a frank conversation about this often misunderstood diagnosis and how understanding it helps us to understand trauma in general.

Trigger Warning: Conversation about Sexual Assault, Trafficking, and Sex Offenders.

Pamela Lynn Hock was the first person that I ever heard talk about Complex-PTSD. In the past several years I have learned so much about this diagnosis and the gap left in care for people who live with it. Pamela is a brilliant, hilarious, powerful storyteller and trauma survivor living w/C-PTSD. Pamela works helping others heal from trauma, in addition to the brave, important, and often controversial role as a Certified Sex Offender Treatment Provider.

However, there are different types of wisdom…Michael beautifully describes the many “Loving Wisdoms.” Such as: The Wisdom of Acceptance, The Wisdom of Being True to Yourself, The Wisdom of Discipline, and The Wisdom of Love..just to name a few.   If you would like to understand how you can live as your most aware self, this interview will enlighten you on many ideas and truths that you may not have considered. 047: The Golden Key with Brandon Beachum

There are keys to living a purposeful and happy life. Brandon Beachum’s new book, “The Golden Key,” is described as modern alchemy to living a full and abundant life. Brandon has lived a very successful life and attributes much of his success to understanding the keys he describes in his book.     We attract into our lives what we are “putting out.” Many refer to this as the “Law of Attraction.” In other words, our thoughts have a vibrational component and we attract into our life things that are in alignment with our vibration. We can learn and understand more deeply how to live a fulfilling and satisfying life, but often we need help with managing our vibrational output. Brandon and Robin talk about the role that Faith and Trust play in bringing joy into our life.     The Golden Key will enlighten you in ways that you may have not considered that will assist you on your path to really shine in the life you have chosen.         Learn more about Awaken Radio at AwakenRadio.net
