Jennifer Dopierala has been a healer since 2008 and is the creator of Tidal Heart Healing. Through her work, she helps people let go of limiting beliefs and energetic blocks. Also a meditation instructor and former teacher with a Master’s in Education, she has a depth of experience in creating an open space of compassion and listening.

Jen and Sarah discuss Jen’s past life as a cocky healer and how, over time, she’s allowed herself to lean into the fact that she was chosen for this path. Jen and Sarah also talk about their shared experiences of perfectionism and the difference between self-criticism and self-awareness.
