Vulnerable, conversational, transformational: Mental Health News Radio Network presents Take a Shift, a new podcast dedicated to facilitating transformative change through intimate dialogues
Belinda Zylberman and Katherine Hart co-host the recently released Mental Health News Radio Network podcast Take a Shift. The show is an extension of their individual client practice work, woven with personal musings and observations that are part of their everyday conversations.
This unique podcast is designed to sound as though listeners are eves-dropping on the hosts’ intimate thoughts, feelings and views. Take a Shift is a deep dive into Thought Transformation, life shifting tools, deep wisdom and intuitive information designed to both challenge and facilitate meaningful change in the lives of their listeners.
Bringing a diverse range of knowledge and experiences to the show, Zylberman studied communication and anthropology at college followed by a law degree and a Master’s Degree in Spiritual Psychology. In further pursuit of her studies outside the classroom, she spent six years living overseas and has traveled to over fifty countries. Her private practice work as a mediator and relationship coach centers on reframing how we experience relationship conflict so that clients can experience more authentic, intimate and enduring relationships.
Hart is a Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist who holds Masters Degrees in Anesthesia and Spiritual Psychology. In her professional role as an anesthetist as well as in her private practice she continues to witness the desperate need of healing not only for the physical body but also for the mind and soul, which in turn leads to true healing, health and happiness.
Both hosts are excited to partner with Mental Health News Radio Network to share their evolving message with an audience of relentless seekers on their search for valuable tips, tools and techniques to ignite and transform their lives.
Hart said, “Our vision for this platform is to have a global impact, reaching our podcast listeners while supporting our clients, as we collectively shift into a more authentic way of LIVING the human experience”.
Take a Shift airs weekly from Portland, Dallas and other US cities. It is available via Mental Health News Radio Network and other major podcast networks.
