What Tasks Can You Offload to Help Reduce Your Stress?

Today René shares a quick follow-up to our previous episode this week, “We’ve Got the ‘Eat’ and ‘Drink’ Parts of the Holidays Down, but the ‘Be Merry’ Part? Not So Much, with a much-needed reminder about the importance of asking for help with tasks that are difficult for you.

As you’ll hear our guest-host say in this episode, “In 2021 I learned to get more comfortable with asking for help with things that I struggle doing, to the point where I avoid doing them.” René talks about a couple of the ways she’s gotten help and the difference it’s made in her life.
