Seasonal Affective Disorder (SAD) is a form of depression
that comes to visit the same time every year. Most who suffer are
impacted during the winter months, but there are those who struggle
during the summer months.
We look at signs and symptoms as well as resources for decreasing the
intensity of SADs impact and getting through these few months feeling
more whole than deflated.
