How do you talk to yourself?

How do you talk to yourself? I know for me, often my self-talk defaults to negativity, which is scary because our self-talk influences the stories that we tell ourselves about ourselves. Luckily we can change the way we do self-talk, and to do so it takes practicing loving self talk daily.
Enjoy the episode!
