The Relevance of Wellness Through the Journey of Grief

My cousin, Jason Wendroff-Rawnicki, shares about the correlation with grief and wellness. Two words we don’t necessarily connect, but we discuss ways to implement them in the different stages of the grief process.
Both Jason and I lost our sisters and we look at our own personal journeys and what we did, didn’t do and learned through our own journeys.
Jason offers an on-line support group for siblings who have experienced loss and is a tremendous network of hearts that can provide support, encouragement and allow the journey to feel less alone.

How to Prep for the Hurricanes of Life

Challenges and obstacles are an inevitable part of life.
We take the time to prepare for natural disasters, so how much more critical
is it to learn how to prep ourselves to be in a good place & practice self care
to ensure for a healthier reaction to the tough stuff we face in life?
There is relevance in taking time to fill our tank and to also
incorporate providing kernels of encouragement to those around us who
can benefit from a positive text, call, email or card. There’s power in positive!

to remind us that we’re human and that’s a beautiful thing.

Do We View The Elderly Like Stinky Cheese or a Fine Wine?

The relevance and significance of valuing the elderly within our families and society is massive. We can choose to be dismissive of those of older generations or we can value and learn from them. The choice is ours.

In a society laden with messages glorifying youth and all things young there’s a blaring message that older is less valuable and significant. When we give value and credence to those who are part of our past and present it empowers all of us.

Ridiculous Awesomeness with Meir Kay: Getting our Goodness on!

Meir Kay was a catalyst for myself in taking the step to begin
Goodness Chick’s Podcast. Meir has been called the viral
ambassador of joy making videos and vlogs on the power
of kindness, goodness and giving back.

out of our comfort zone and letting go of control to allow
life to happen as it were intended (not necessarily as we
intended).
Kindness has a fluid ripple effect that can evoke joy and change
lives. Rocking out a mindset of giving back and spreading kindness
will 100% change your life.

Owning Your Success, Not Dissing it

My guest, Dr. Emee Vida Estacio, joins me to discuss what Imposter Syndrome is and the strategies in approaching it. It presents itself in feelings of insecurity, self-doubt, failure or feeling fraudulent in a role or roles we hold. Seventy percent of people have experienced Imposter Syndrome at some point in their lives. Learning how to identify & utilize strategies in approaching this holds significance.
Dr Estacio is a life coach and has written three books. The Imposter Syndrome Remedy (https://www.amazon.com/s?k=emee+vida+estacio&ref=nb_sb_noss) and her other two books can be found and purchased on Amazon.
