Unemployment, Covid, and ORGASMS, OH MY….

Diva Discussions is back! Marjan and I surprised ourselves with this episode. Her job search during the pandemic has led to some interesting opportunities that include maximizing a woman’s orgasm potential with sound healing. At one point I was chuckling to myself thinking “Unemployment, Covid and ORGASMS…. OH MY….” Seriously… Laughter is the best medicine! […] Continue reading…

Lisa Houle – Defense Attorney for First Responders

This is such an important episode!! The Firefighter Deconstructed sits down and talks with an amazing woman who has made it her life’s passion to take care of fire responders in an area we never thought we’d could end up, in the legal system. Lisa Houle served as a Los Angeles County Deputy District Attorney for 15 years before starting her own practice as a criminal defense attorney. When we first responders end up at the bottom of the PTSD hole and make a huge mistake, like get a DUI or get into trouble, something we normally would never do, we find ourselves at the mercy of the law, on the other side of where we’ve spent our entire careers. Lisa Houle realized there was a great need for representation for first responders who find themselves on that other side. She is a true gift to us and will fight like hell for you. Please listen in.

Women Who Lead: Perseverance

Join Catherine and Kristin for a discussion about perseverance. Wow, we need to eat it, sleep with it, and fully embody it during this time of Covid-19.

Catherine Greer Limpo is a high level executive for an extremely male dominated corporate industry and a listener of MHNR Network shows. She is also a mom, a friend, a leader, a professional, a mentor, a daughter, a sister, and most importantly, a mistake-maker. She has a deep desire to understand how we, as women, connect to one another and to our world as leaders. She identifies as an Oregonian, and is very thankful to live in and enjoy the Pacific Northwest with all of the outdoor beauty it has to offer.

Her mission is to help other women see the leader in themselves in every aspect of life, and despite our suffering or blemishes, to succeed. She has had multiple experiences and careers as a high level executive, and has been so fortunate to build relationships with special people throughout time and across the globe.

Kristin Sunanta Walker is the CEO of Mental Health News Radio Network.
