Randy Grimes, NFL Alumni of the Tampa Buccaneers, shares his journey as an NFL player who waged a near twenty year addiction to prescription pills. Randy will soon be celebrating his ten years of sobriety and has dedicated his life to sharing his story and giving hope to those suffering from addiction and their family members.
We discuss the challenges that many grapple with during life transitions (athletics, academics, career, relationships, etc.) and what to look for when someone we love may not be transitioning well. Randy shares strategies and tips in facing life transitions in a healthy and balanced way.
